YES! We accept most major Insurance Plans. If you are not sure if your insurance is accepted, it is recommended ou call your Insurance Carrier and ask if, Cynthia Chandler, APRN is In-Network, which will be the quickest and easiest way to find out if the Provider is In-Network. If you have questions, you can call (501) 204-0159. 

However, feel free to call our office at (501) 204-0159 if you have any questions. 


YES!  We provide individuals an affordable Cash-Pay Option that is cheaper than going to the Emergency Room (ER) or Urgent Care for various illnesses. We understand that illnesses arise, and healthcare for these services can be very costly to individuals. 

However, if you are experiencing a Medical Emergency, we recommend you call 911. 


YES! The Provider will immediately acknowledge any request made by your Pharmacy and/or personal requested refills as appropriate. The Provider is very prompt with communicating with all patients and understands how important medications are for individuals. 

NO, you will not wait for days or weeks to get a medication refilled. You will be notified by the Provider of the refill once it has been placed and/or should a follow-up   is required, 


YES! We do; however, if you are changing Primary Care Providers, you must first call Medicaid to change your Primary Care Provider to Cynthia Chandler, APRN. If you have questions, please call the clinic at (501) 204-0159.
